Accessing Email Reports Settings

1. Navigate to the Settings Page

Log in to and find the relevant site Click on the settings icon to the right of the site name to open the site-specific settings.

2. Open Email Reports Settings

On the left-hand side menu, click on "Email Reports" to access the Email Reports Settings page.

Adding a New Email Report Recipient

1. Locate the Email Reports Section

The Email Reports section is at the center of the Email Reports Settings page.

2. Add a New Recipient

Enter the email address of the recipient in the "Email" field. Select the frequency of the reports from the "Frequency" dropdown menu. Options may include "Weekly" or "Monthly". Click the "Add Recipient" button to add the recipient to the email reports list.

3. View and Manage Recipients

Once added, the recipient's email address and frequency will appear in the list below. The actions available for each recipient include:

  • Delete Recipient: Click the trash icon to remove the recipient from the email reports list.
